Job summary

The role involves planning shoots, editing videos, writing scripts and post copy, and collaborating with teams while reporting to the Associate Content Director, Social.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 4+ years minimum experience in social content creation.
• Deep understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and multicultural audiences.
• Experience creating social content for home ownership, auto ownership, insurance, family life, or preparedness.
• Experience with social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, create, and bring social-first content to life around home and auto ownership, family life, preparedness, and insurance.
• Develop original concepts and produce engaging video and static creative.
• Create visual social media assets for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and other channels.
• Manage personal production for social photo and video shoots.
• Brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats to promote engagement.
• Pitch concepts to internal and client teams.
• Plan shots, shoot content, edit final video deliverables, and handle storyboarding.
• Create write-ups, art copy, scripts, and post copy.
• Ensure creative excellence while collaborating with teammates and clients.
• Work as an individual contributor reporting to the Associate Content Director, Social.
