Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a Founder in Residence to build a new product vertical in the short-term rental space. You will identify opportunities, validate problems with operators, define the product vision and GTM, and work with engineers, designers and AI specialists to launch rapidly.

You will recruit and lead a cross-functional team, drive growth and revenue, and shape the venture into a standalone business if successful, with backing from an experienced founding team.

Qualifications

• Startup experience is highly valued but not required.
• Track record of delivering products or ventures from idea to execution.
• Strong customer focus and market validation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential opportunities in short-term rentals to create new products or verticals.
• Validate problems through direct conversations with property managers and operators.
• Define product vision, strategy and GTM plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to ship quickly.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and the executive team.
• Build a venture that could become a standalone company.
