Base360.ai is building the AI operating system for short-term rental businesses. As a Founder in Residence, you will identify a major opportunity in the short-term rental industry, build a new product or vertical, assemble a team, validate the market, and grow it into a standalone business with revenue and impact.

You will be founding a startup within Base360.ai, with funding, engineering, AI infrastructure, customers, distribution, and executive support behind you.

Qualifications

• Identify high-potential opportunities in short-term rentals to become new products or verticals.
• Validate customer problems through conversations with property managers and rental operators.
• Define product vision, strategy and go-to-market plan.
• Work with engineering, product, design and AI to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit and lead cross-functional teams as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption, and financial performance.
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.
