Job summary

Base360.ai is creating an AI operating system for short-term rental businesses. As a Founder in Residence, you will identify major opportunities, build a new product vertical within Base360.ai, assemble the right team, validate the market, and grow it into a standalone business with revenue and impact.

You’ll be building a startup within a backed framework—funding, engineering, AI infrastructure, customers, distribution, and executive support are available to you.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential opportunities in short-term rentals to form new products or verticals.
• Validate customer problems through interviews with property managers and rental operators.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit and lead multidisciplinary teams as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to the founders and executive team.
• Build a business capable of becoming a standalone division or company.
