Base360.ai is seeking a Founder in Residence to identify a major opportunity in the short-term rental industry and build a new product vertical within the company. You will assemble the right team, validate the market, and grow it into a standalone business with revenue and impact.

You'll lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, design and AI teams, recruit talent, and drive growth, product adoption and financial performance, with the potential to become the venture's long-term GM.
