Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a Founder in Residence to identify a major opportunity in the short-term rental industry and build a new product vertical within the company. You will assemble a team, validate the market, and scale the venture into a standalone business with revenue and impact.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, product, design and AI teams, recruiting talent and driving growth while reporting to the founders and executive team.

• Recruit and lead a cross-functional team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption and financial performance.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.
