Base360.ai is hiring a Founder in Residence to identify a major opportunity in the short-term rental industry and build a new product vertical within the company. You will assemble a team, validate the market, and grow the venture into a standalone business with potential external funding and executive support.

Expect to operate with autonomy, recruit top talent, drive product strategy, and own growth and financial performance while leveraging world-class engineering and AI infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-potential opportunities in short-term rentals to become new products or verticals.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations with operators.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Work with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.
• Build a business capable of becoming an independent company.
