FairAppeal in New York City is hiring its first business hire to run operations alongside the founder and CEO. You will build automations, research markets, manage go-to-market, and ship usable work while owning projects. This is a hands-on, founder-led role requiring initiative and resilience.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-focused, fast, and capable of wearing many hats with 1–5 years of experience, comfort with AI tools, and a readiness to contribute across operations and strategy.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience, early career stage preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Operational experience with managing high-volume processes.
• Organized with sharp attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfort with AI tools and ability to learn technical skills independently.

Responsibilities

• Running the operation. Keep the trains running and turn one-off scrambles into stable systems.
• Extension of the CEO. Carry projects and decisions, speak for them in key rooms.
• Go-to-market. Outreach, campaign building, and testing what works.
• Agent and automation building. Create AI agents and business flow automations.
• Research. Size up new markets and uncover answers others haven’t found.
