10th St. Talent in Texas is seeking an exceptional executive to sit beside the founder as the head of operations, reporting directly to him and guiding four leaders across marketing, operations, finance, and engineering/AI.

This seat focuses on execution and owning what happens after the decision, with the founder setting strategy. About 80% of the role is hands-on execution, aligning external partners, manufacturing, distribution, software, and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• You'd be the founder's only direct report, with four leaders under you: marketing and PR, operations, finance and accounting, and engineering and AI.
• The CEO holds the strategy. You own what happens after the decision, and he has named that as the single most important outcome of this role.
• About 80% of the job is execution: projects move without him stepping in to drive speed, and you make the call on partnerships, manufacturing, distribution, software, regulatory and banking.
• You will drive cross-functional ownership across operations, product, marketing and finance, not one lane at a time.
• You'd operate on-site in Shiner, Texas two days a week, living within about two hours of Austin, San Antonio, or Houston.
