Job summary

SuperOps is seeking a Chief of Staff to lead the Founder's Office and serve as the CEO's primary force multiplier. You will own the CEO's operating system, cadence, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives that lack a home, handling the company’s most ambiguous, high-stakes problems before they are assigned to any function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, high-growth startup operations, or a prior Chief of Staff seat.
• Founder or co-founder experience is a strong differentiator; ownership with accountability are valued.
• Enterprise SaaS or B2B experience is advantageous.
• Genuine fluency or informed curiosity about AI and its implications for software and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the company's operating cadence, leadership meetings, business reviews, and OKR cycles.
• Lead the enterprise GTM build-out, new market bets, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Own board decks, narrative, and data; manage board cadence and investor communications.
• Represent the CEO's priorities internally and externally with credibility and precision.
• Own internal operations: processes, systems, and cross-functional execution to scale the company.
