Job summary

Mind Friend is seeking a hands-on COO to help build, fund, operate, and scale the company. You will work closely with the founder to drive strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and lead execution across product, engineering, and operations.

The role offers meaningful equity and the opportunity to become Co‑Founder & COO for an exceptional candidate with strong traction or exits, with relocation to Austin or current Austin base.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership in a tech startup at executive level.
Proven track record scaling revenue, funding, or exits.
Founder experience with a commercially successful or operational company.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, marketplaces, AI, or SaaS.
Experience with fundraising, investor relations, budgeting, operations, and governance.
Ability to work with product and engineering teams while executing company-wide.
Based in Austin or willing to relocate.
Equity-based compensation Negotiations.
