Job summary

Solutions Driven is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale foundations and heavy civil projects in Milwaukee, WI or Chicagoland. You will manage $100M–$600M+ projects, blending hands-on field leadership with office-based bid reviews, estimating, forecasting, and workforce planning alongside senior leadership.

The role requires hands-on experience with pile driving, drilled shafts, mass concrete, and structural concrete, plus strong communication with VPs and Chief Estimators.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of directly relevant foundations or heavy civil experience.
• Bachelor's in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience: pile driving, drilled shafts, mass concrete, structural concrete.
• Confident communication – ability to speak articulately about your work, lead bid reviews, engage with senior leadership.
• Design-build, geotechnical contracting, or deep foundations background.
• Proficiency with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
