Job summary

Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Heavy Civil to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for designated projects, including ground improvements and precast. You will manage subcontractors and ensure project goals align with timelines and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural/geotechnical engineering with 5+ years post-college experience.
• Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, design-build and/or geotechnical contracting experience.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating and project controls software (preferred).
• Travel up to 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project to ensure goals are met on time and within funding.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with internal teams.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and adapt to changing requirements.
