Job summary

Family First is seeking a Foundations and Planned Giving Manager in Tampa, FL to lead grant-seeking and planned giving initiatives. The role reports to the director of development and supports overall development strategy across foundations, grants, and donor programs.

You will research opportunities, manage proposal processes, and coordinate with estate planning vendors to maximize donor engagement and funding outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit development with proven grant writing and planned giving success.
• Experience with foundation research tools and donor management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify grant opportunities aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
• Oversee all aspects of the grant submission process and tracking of outcomes.
• Support planned giving campaigns and donor communications with the estate planning vendor.
• Manage matching gift campaigns with development managers.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for funded grants.
