Job summary

Operation PAR, Inc. in Pinellas Park, FL seeks a Development Manager to drive revenue growth by managing the donor database, securing corporate sponsorships and foundation grants, and building strong partnerships.

This mid-level role focuses on writing compelling grant proposals, optimizing fundraising systems, and coordinating with leadership and program staff to support annual events and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of grant writing and annual fund management experience required.
• CFRE accreditation preferred.
• Health/human services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate foundation and corporate funding opportunities and present to leadership.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and letters of inquiry; manage submission timelines.
• Generate monthly fundraising dashboards for leadership and Board.
• Oversee donor database administration and donor acknowledgements.
• Support annual fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
