Family First is seeking a foundation grants manager in Tampa, FL, hybrid, to lead grant-seeking efforts and support our development strategy across foundations, grants, and planned giving. You will report to the director of development and collaborate with a fast-paced team dedicated to strengthening families.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of nonprofit development experience, proven grant writing success, and familiarity with donor systems like HubSpot and Candid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in nonprofit development with proven grant writing success.
• Experience with foundation research tools and donor management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with mission.
• Manage all aspects of the grant submission process from drafting to submission.
• Provide tracking and reporting for granted funds and deliverables.
• Collaborate with estate planning vendor on planned giving campaigns.
• Support campaigns to increase matching gifts with development managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
