Job summary

Mr.Level in Ohio is seeking an experienced field supervisor to lead foundation repair crews, ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on residential and commercial projects.

You will run a 2-3 person crew, train the next generation, and set performance standards in efficiency and teamwork, working in varied weather and confined spaces. This on-site role requires a strong hands-on leader who can manage client expectations while delivering solid results.

Qualifications

Experience leading construction crews and making independent judgments.
Willingness to work in all conditions and tight spaces.
Ability to drive company vehicles with a valid license and clean record.

Responsibilities

Independently run a 2–3 person crew on-site.
Serve as the foundation repair expert and on-site leader.

You are capable of driving a truck/trailer, andrunning heavy machinery
You are willing to work in all conditions, including in confined spaces.
You're able to meet insurance standards based on your driving record and background check to drive company vehicles
You have a valid driver's license and are authorized to work in the US
