Job summary

Rhinolift Foundation Repair in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Foundation Repair Foreman/Production Management Support to oversee and lead our foundation repair crew. You will split your time between assisting the Production Manager and directing field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires 2+ years in foundation repair or related construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with repair techniques and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in foundation repair or related construction with a proven project-management track record.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop technicians.
• Deep knowledge of foundation repair techniques including underpinning, slab jacking, pier installation, and soil stabilization.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specs.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and safety-focused mindset.
• Effective verbal and written communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to travel to multiple job sites.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a foundation repair crew, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess issues and develop effective repair plans.
• Apply various foundation repair methods and equipment (hydraulic jacks, piers, stabilizers) to address problems.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to discuss requirements and timelines.
• Train and mentor field staff to maintain Rhinolift's standards of excellence.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and quality; address issues promptly.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials; ensure proper documentation of work orders and inspections.
