This role requires hands-on technical skills, strong logistics, and the ability to communicate with homeowners and commercial clients. Growth opportunities include taking over as polyurethane division manager.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing crews or projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand soil mechanics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technician and point person for the Poly Rig.
• Execute precision concrete lifting, leveling, and soil stabilization using polyurethane foam.
• Maintain, inventory, and operate poly-jacking gear and truck.
• Communicate on-site with homeowners and commercial clients to explain the process and ensure satisfaction.
