Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of professional and/or administrative experience
• Microsoft Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Canva knowledge
• Salesforce or equivalent database knowledge

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to strategic planning and coordinating projects with internal/external partners.
• Developing presentation decks, talking points, meeting agendas, and departmental reports.
• Managing donor information in Salesforce and analyzing donor data for segmentation.
• Supporting donor relations, stewardship, and event coordination.
• Maintaining project roadmaps, SOPs, and cross‑functional communication.
