Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a VP of Product, Foundation to own the long-term product strategy for Pax8's core commerce platform. You will shape the product roadmap, drive execution, and lead a high-impact product organization across a global partner ecosystem.

Collaborating with Engineering, Design, Finance, and Commercial teams, you will leverage AI and data-driven insights to accelerate growth, improve partner experiences, and scale integrations across the Pax8 marketplace.

Qualifications

• Led large-scale product organizations with executive-level scope.
• Owned complex marketplace, commerce, platform, SaaS, or partner ecosystem products.
• Deep understanding of commerce journeys including purchasing, subscriptions, provisioning, billing, invoicing, and partner operations.
• Balanced growth initiatives with governance, operational control, and scalability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product vision for Foundation, Pax8's core commerce platform.
• Create a strategic roadmap balancing operational excellence, compliance, financial controls, scalability, and growth.
• Guide investment decisions across marketplace capabilities, billing, subscriptions, ordering, provisioning, analytics, integrations, and partner experiences.
