Pax8 is seeking a VP of Product, Fintech to define the vision for our next-generation Revenue Lifecycle Management platform and lead a global fintech product organization. You will partner with Finance, Compliance, and Engineering to drive scale, build AI-enabled transaction capabilities, and shape the commerce foundations for the AI economy.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision for Pax8's next-generation Revenue Lifecycle Management platform.
• Build and manage a strategic roadmap across quoting, fulfillment, metering, foreign exchange, order-to-cash processes, and product information services.
• Align priorities across business needs, technical realities, compliance obligations, and future growth opportunities.
• Transform regulatory and financial requirements into competitive product advantages.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Operations to ensure reliable, auditable, scalable outcomes.
• Champion controls, transparency, and trust without sacrificing speed of delivery.
• Develop capabilities supporting AI-driven consumption models and revenue transactions.
• Create seamless financial experiences for partners and internal stakeholders including invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Build trusted partnerships with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Foster a world-class fintech product organization and drive learning, accountability, and inclusion.
• Stay at the forefront of financial infrastructure, digital commerce, and regulatory evolution.
