Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support day-to-day administration and management of experience management products such as Litera’s Foundation, ensuring content quality and alignment with platform standards.

You will train practice staff, coordinate data integration, and help implement platform enhancements while collaborating with the Product Management Manager and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal dept, or professional services handling practice-related information and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of experience management platforms, data integrations and related systems.
• Apply profile/configuration standards and approved change requests to ensure data integrity.
• Configure workflows and processes for data capture and reporting.
• Develop working knowledge of platform content and data sources.
• Coordinate data integration, import and export projects for consistent data transfer.
• Prepare standard metrics reporting and related analysis of data quality and quantity.
• Conduct end-user training and provide support for technical questions.
• Participate in project teams to implement platform enhancements.
