Job summary

You will oversee end-user training, onboarding, adoption programs, data quality, integrations, and support across business services and legal departments, ensuring scalable, AI-ready data and analytics. Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience administering Litera Foundation or similar experience management platforms.
• Experience supporting marketing technology, knowledge management, analytics, or related functions in a law firm or professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and communications, data/information science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner of the firm’s experience management system, overseeing day‑to‑day administration, configuration, enhancements, and system performance across experience, expertise, and proposal modules.
• Lead backend configuration and approved enhancements within Litera Foundation, ensuring timely, accurate, and scalable implementation.
• Project manage firm‑wide platform rollouts, upgrades, and major enhancements.
• Oversee the capture, curation, and maintenance of accurate experience data, including client, matter, and personnel profiles, matter profiling, and narrative approval workflows.
• Design and continuously evolve automated workflows and intake mechanisms to efficiently capture experience information from lawyers and business professionals.
