Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an experienced administrator to own and optimize the firm’s Litera Foundation experience management platform, coordinating configuration, training, and user adoption across legal and business services.

You will lead platform rollouts, data governance, automated workflows, and AI-enabled analytics, partnering with IT, Data Services, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience administering Litera Foundation.
• Experience supporting marketing technology, knowledge management, analytics, or related functions in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and communications, data/information science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the firm’s Litera Foundation experience management system, including training, onboarding, user adoption programs, and communications across business services and legal departments.
• Oversee data quality, content, data integrations, and system taxonomies; provide support and training for all system users.
• Lead backend configuration and approved enhancements within Litera Foundation; manage firm-wide platform rollouts, upgrades, and major enhancements.
• Design and evolve automated workflows and intake mechanisms to capture experience information from lawyers and business professionals.
• Partner with IT, Data Services, and vendors to manage integrations, resolve issues, and implement upgrades.
• Develop and maintain experience reports, dashboards, and analytics highlighting capabilities and opportunities for new business.
• Lead change management efforts to promote adoption, data stewardship, and knowledge sharing.
