Job summary

Montage Health Foundation is seeking an Assistant Director to provide day‑to‑day operational leadership, supervise key managers, and ensure effective execution of communications, engagement, and enterprise events.

A senior leader in External Affairs, you will partner with the Foundation Director to translate strategy into action, maintain operational discipline, and advance fundraising and grantmaking priorities across Montage Health and community partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
• Experience supervising managers and leading multi-layered teams.
• Ability to manage operations, prioritize competing demands and execute complex initiatives with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Foundation and supervise key managers and coordinators.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, templates, and systems for discipline and scalability.
• Oversee planning and coordination across concurrent initiatives with quality and timeliness.
• Lead and oversee enterprise events, donor engagements, and community-facing activities.
• Represent the Foundation at community events and collaborate across Montage Health.
