Qualifications

• 5+ years nonprofit management, communications, community engagement, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience supervising managers and leading multi-layered teams.
• Proven ability to manage operations and complex initiatives with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Foundation Operations & Leadership – oversee day-to-day operations and align priorities with strategic goals.
• Team Leadership & Supervision – manage direct reports, coach performance, and develop staff.
• Strategic Communications & Engagement – lead donor communications and engagement strategies.
• Enterprise Events Strategy – direct planning and execution of foundation and community events.
• Community & Organizational Collaboration – partner with Montage Health and community partners.
