Job summary

Best Best & Krieger LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology & Foundation Specialist to maintain and evolve the Foundation experience management platform and related marketing tools. You will work closely with the Marketing Technology & Operations Senior Manager to support adoption, data quality, and analytics across the firm.

The role includes creating reports, dashboards, training resources, and supporting email marketing and website content management as part of the firm's marketing technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Three to five years of experience supporting marketing technology or related systems.
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
Experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support ongoing administration and improvement of Foundation experience management platform.
Maintain data quality and governance, improve reporting and usability.
Coordinate enhancements, testing, upgrades with IT and vendors.
Develop training materials and conduct user training to drive adoption.
Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts for business development and marketing.
