Job summary

Best Best & Krieger LLP is seeking a Foundation & Marketing Technology Specialist to join the Marketing Team. You will help maintain Foundation, ensure data quality, develop documentation, and train users to maximize system adoption across the firm.

You will also build reports and dashboards, support email marketing, analytics, and website updates while collaborating with IT and external vendors on platform enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Litera Foundation with adoption, reporting, data governance, testing, or implementation activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and build collaborative relationships across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing documentation, conducting user training, and supporting user adoption.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, or similar marketing technology tools is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Professional discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing administration, maintenance, and improvement of the Foundation experience management platform.
• Maintain data quality and governance across Foundation data and reporting.
• Coordinate enhancements, integrations, testing, and upgrades with stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop training materials, conduct user training, and promote best practices for Foundation adoption.
• Collaborate with attorneys, Marketing, IT, and stakeholders to identify needs and promote solutions.
• Support proposals, rankings, client development, and attorney bios with high-quality data.
• Maintain marketing tech platforms including email, reporting, analytics, and website updates.
• Create reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data extracts for insights and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and data quality across Marketing Technology.
• Stay current on Foundation enhancements and marketing tech trends; assist with special projects.
