Job summary

Best Best & Krieger LLP is seeking a Foundation & Marketing Technology Specialist to join the Marketing Team, focusing on Foundation and related tools to organize and leverage the firm’s experience data for marketing and business development.

You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and attorneys to drive adoption, enhance processes, and develop training resources. This role emphasizes data quality, dashboards, and email marketing within a Pacific Time Zone framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting marketing technology, experience management, CRM administration, knowledge management, or related business systems.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation within a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the ongoing administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Foundation experience management platform.
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity of Foundation data; improve governance, usability and reporting.
• Coordinate enhancements, integrations, testing, upgrades, and other technology initiatives with stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide user training, create materials, promote best practices, and support user adoption.
• Partner with attorneys, Marketing, IT and other stakeholders to understand needs and support adoption of Foundation solutions.
• Support experience management initiatives by maintaining meaningful data for proposals, rankings, client development, and bios.
