Job summary

Best Best & Krieger LLP is a nationally recognized law firm delivering client-focused solutions across the U.S. The Marketing & Foundation Specialist role supports the Foundation experience management platform, ensuring data quality and governance and driving adoption across marketing technology tools.

You will develop training resources, reports, dashboards, and analytics to support proposals, rankings and client development, while collaborating with Marketing, IT and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and build collaborative relationships across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing documentation, conducting user training, and supporting user adoption.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, or similar marketing technology tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing administration, maintenance, and improvement of Foundation experience management platform.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and integrity of Foundation data; improve governance, usability and reporting.
• Coordinate enhancements, integrations, testing, upgrades, and other tech initiatives with stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and conduct user training; promote Foundation best practices.
• Support adoption across the firm and assist with proposals, rankings, and client development efforts.
• Develop reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data extracts for business development and marketing.
