Job summary

Best Best & Krieger LLP, a nationally recognized law firm, seeks a Marketing Technology & Foundation Specialist to maintain Foundation and related marketing tech. You will develop training, reports, and dashboards, support user adoption, and collaborate with Marketing, IT, and external vendors to improve data quality and processes.

The role emphasizes Foundation enhancements, email marketing, analytics, website updates, and knowledge management within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience supporting marketing technology, experience management, CRM administration, knowledge management, or related business systems.
• Experience supporting Litera Foundation within a professional services firm is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing administration and improvement of the Foundation experience management platform.
• Maintain data quality, governance, usability, and reporting across Foundation.
• Coordinate enhancements, integrations, testing, upgrades with IT and vendors.
• Provide user support, training materials, and documentation, promote best practices.
• Partner with attorneys, Marketing, IT and stakeholders to understand needs and support adoption.
• Support experience management initiatives for proposals, rankings and business development.
• Develop reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data extracts for insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and data quality.
