Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years cumulative experience in BI, legal marketing or analytics.
• Two+ years administering Litera Foundation or similar platform.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform development including configuration, taxonomy, data mapping, and reporting.
• Manage Foundation operations, performance, and integrations with Peppermint CRM.
• Collaborate with BD and tech teams to optimize user engagement and training.
• Protect sensitive information and maintain data governance.
