• Own foundation IP roadmap and vendor ownership
• Lead evaluation of libraries, memory compilers and cell architectures
• Define memory requirements for ML accelerator workloads
• Lead design and integration of latch-based arrays and custom memory macros
• Own characterization strategy, PVT corners and signoff views
• Hire and lead a small team; report IP health and PPA metrics
