Job summary

Ridgeview Foundation coordinates its annual fund program in Waconia, managing the Friends & Family giving club, committees and donor events to attract and retain supporters. This temporary role oversees campaigns, communications and donor follow-ups to maximize engagement and gifts.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, customer service and fundraising experience, and strong writing and marketing skills to support both digital and print efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer service and fundraising experience.
• Ability to meet background checks as needed for position functions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Clear writing, editing and proofreading abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual fund program including management of Ridgeview Friends & Family giving club, committees and events.
• Solicitation and management of new annual fund donors and lapsed donors, including mail, email, and follow up phone calls.
• Coordinate Employee Giving, Grateful Patient Program, Call Program and Memorial Giving Program.
• Coordinate Scholarship Program, including application process, committee meetings, communications and event planning.
• Maintain Annual Fund Budget.
• Owner of iWave, Salesforce, and Epic contacts as it relates to Foundation reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
