Job summary

Heartview Foundation in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Fundraising and Donor Engagement Manager to lead donor relations and advance fundraising initiatives. This in-person role can be filled as full-time or part-time.

You will research prospects, cultivate relationships with individuals, businesses, and Heartview Alumni, and plan annual fundraising activities. The position offers a competitive benefits package and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent fundraising experience required.
• Minimum two years in fundraising required.
• Active driver's license in good standing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and cultivate relationships with potential funders.
• Build and maintain profitable, long-term fundraising relationships.
• Develop an annual fundraising plan and budget.
• Create revenue and expense reports for fundraising events.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and engage in meetings.
