Job summary

State Center Community College Foundation is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee fundraising, donor relations and outreach. You will plan campaigns, manage donor data, coordinate events and collaborate with college leadership to grow major gifts and annual giving while advancing the foundation's mission.

The role requires strategic fundraising expertise, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work with volunteers and donors across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of fund development experience including major gift solicitation.
• Possession of a California driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement fundraising programs including Annual Fund and major donor campaigns.
• Coordinate donor development events, tracking and reporting of campaign progress.
• Oversee donor recognition, gift processing and stewardship activities.
• Develop partnerships with corporations and community leaders to expand giving.
• Lead marketing, alumni engagement and public relations efforts for the foundation.
