Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and motivational abilities.
• Must hold a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to climb into crawl spaces and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance installation crew in the local market.
• Plans materials, tools, and equipment before reporting to site.
• Assigns duties, supervises work, and ensures safety and quality.
• Coordinates with national teams to install products on schedule.
• Maintains accurate documentation and on-site client interaction.
