Groundworks in New Jersey seeks a Foreman to lead the installation crew from start to finish, owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting homeowners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions on-site; plans work, assigns duties, and manages time and tools.
• Installs products with support from national teams of trained professionals.
• Troubleshoots and innovates to complete jobs on time and to standards.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite.
• Maintains accurate final documentation and reports to the proper parties.
• Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
