Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams on construction sites.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Basic construction knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance installation crew and manage safety, quality, and productivity.
• Plan materials and tools, assign crew duties, and monitor progress.
• Install products with support from a national team and ensure timely completion.
• Provide on-site customer service and complete all documentation.
