Job summary

Groundworks in the United States is seeking a Foreman to lead the installation crew from start to finish, owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting our customers’ homes.

You will coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, assess job conditions on-site, plan materials, and drive the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assess conditions of the job on-site; sets plans based on time, tools, and order of work; assigns duties.
