Qualifications

• 4-7 years clerical experience in finance, fiscal, accounting.
• Advanced MS Office and accounting software proficiency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports for management, including restricted funds and expense reports.
• Validate vendor payments and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain daily cash balances and records.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
