Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Finance Specialist to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. You will assist with reporting, month-end close, and the preparation of internal and external documentation, while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

The role collaborates with the finance team and other departments to improve processes, track budgets, and support audit readiness. An associates degree in a related field is preferred.

Formación

• Associate degree preferred with relevant coursework or practical experience.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related admin role preferred.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial recordkeeping beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general software literacy are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update financial records (invoices, journal entries, GL documentation).
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support AP/AR activities and maintain accurate records.
• Perform data entry and manage financial databases for accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Gather and organize financial information for budgeting and forecasting.
