Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 2–3 years of financial analytics experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with budgets, financial statements and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating budgets, planning and coordination with senior management.
• Perform budgeting variance analyses and evaluate revenue and cost efficiencies.
• Support month-end close, producer dashboards and KPI reports.
• Develop financial analyses and ad-hoc models for leadership decisions.
• Support physician incentive compensation analyses and reporting.
• Create executive packages for committees and boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
