As a Financial Analyst, you will perform a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including assisting with the production, reconciliation, and review of provider dashboards, monthly operational financials, KPI reports and provider compensation incentive plans . Additionally you will be expected to handle financial and operational ad-hoc modeling and analyses providing actionable insights that support decision-making and play a vital role in the organization’s financial strategy and planning. This role will also support our Physicians Services Agreement and journal entry support.
Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role. You should be comfortable working with multivariable imbedded IF statements, SumIfs, CountIfs, Xlookups, slicers, and sparklines as well as utilizing pivot tables and advance excel based charting and visualizations, including PowerPoint presentation development. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required to effectively present your findings and collaborate with others.
