Job summary

LeoForce in Texas is hiring a Mid Level Financial Analyst to deliver financial insights, support strategic decisions, and optimize operating costs. You will build models, forecast performance, and contribute to annual budgeting under the Director of Finance.

You will use Workday Adaptive to generate reports, analyze variances, and present findings to non-financial stakeholders, working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in Healthcare.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive or similar software.
  • Understanding of operational cost management.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize Workday Adaptive to prepare and analyze financial reports, trends and opportunities.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process with timelines and budget presentations.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of revenues and expenses for strategic planning.
  • Track and analyze operational costs to find savings and efficiency gains.
  • Present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

Job Details

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, driving operational efficiency, and achieving business objectives. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, annual budgeting, and managing operational costs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support strategic initiatives, business operations, and investment decisions.
  • Utilize Workday Adaptive to prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, including setting timelines, developing guidelines, coordinating with various departments, and preparing budget presentations
  • Provide accurate forecasting of revenues and expenses to inform business leaders and support strategic planning
  • Track and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Present complex financial information and concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the Healthcare industry
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive or similar financial planning software
  • Strong understanding of operational cost management
