Austin Community College District is seeking a Supervisor, Finance & Accounting (ACC Foundation) to oversee the financial operations of the ACC Foundation and Office of Sponsored Projects. The role directs staff, coordinates budgeting, reporting, and audits, and ensures compliance with financial controls.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with related experience and offers a pathway within ACC’s Foundation and institutional budget planning. Salary ranges are provided in the posting.

Mansioni

• Supervises day-to-day financial and accounting operations for the ACC Foundation and Office of Sponsored Projects.
• Provides guidance, training, and coaching to staff to ensure effective performance.
• Monitors expenditures, purchasing, cash flow, and financial transactions within budget parameters.
• Produces monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and other reports to support regulatory and strategic needs.
• Coordinates audits, tax filings, and external reporting requirements.
• Collaborates with ACC leadership and offices to support forecasting and decision making.
