Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting and financial reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and investigative skills in a complex environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including cash flow and operational reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while understanding broader institutional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and budget analysis for the College’s Foundations.
• Prepare financial statements, investment reports, tax filing, and audit materials.
• Lead the annual audit process as primary contact for external auditors.
• Monitor and analyze investment activity and prepare reports for the Foundation Committee and Board.
• Collaborate with Finance Office and Institutional Advancement to develop financial policies and strategies.
• Provide accounting guidance and support to staff on financial systems and reporting tools.
