Best Best & Krieger LLP is seeking a Foundation & Marketing Technology Specialist to support the firm's Marketing Team. You will manage Foundation data, drive user adoption, develop training resources, and prepare reports and dashboards that inform business development and rankings.

Working with the Marketing Technology & Operations Senior Manager, IT and external vendors, you will shape Foundation's evolution, ensure data quality, and contribute to website updates, email marketing and analytics

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation, including user adoption, training, reporting, data governance, testing, or implementation activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with eye for detail and data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build collaborative relationships across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including documentation and user training.
• Experience with CMS, email marketing platforms, or similar marketing technology tools is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Professional discretion handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the ongoing administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the firm's Foundation experience management platform.
• Maintain the quality, consistency, and integrity of Foundation data while improving governance, usability, and reporting.
• Coordinate Foundation enhancements, integrations, system testing, upgrades, and other technology initiatives with the Senior Manager, IT, and external vendors.
• Provide ongoing user support, develop training materials and documentation, conduct user training, promote Foundation best practices, and support user adoption.
• Partner with attorneys, Marketing, IT and stakeholders to understand business needs and support adoption of Foundation solutions.
• Support experience management initiatives for proposals, rankings, client development, and attorney biographies.
• Support administration and optimization of marketing technology platforms including email marketing, reporting, analytics, project management, and website updates.
• Develop reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data extracts providing insights for business development and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and data quality and increase efficiency across Marketing Technology.
• Stay current on Foundation enhancements and best practices while assisting with special projects.
