Nextpower Inc. seeks a Manager of Foundation Services to lead the structural engineering team for utility-scale solar projects from development through construction. Based in Fremont, CA, the role collaborates with US and global teams to deliver safe, compliant foundation solutions.

You will mentor engineers, help develop foundation tools, and coordinate with EPC customers and EOR partners to ensure designs meet ASCE, AISC, IBC standards while aligning with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the EPC solar industry.
• PE license in multiple states required.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of Structural Engineers in the US and support regions.
• Perform detailed structural analysis and calculations for solar structures.
• Develop advanced foundation analysis tools in coordination with R&D and software teams.
• Lead structural engineering efforts for multiple projects with timely delivery to EPC customers.
• Ensure designs comply with IBC, ASCE, ASTM, AISC, ACI and other standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align design with project objectives.
• Manage relationships with EPC customers and structural EOR partners.
